About us
A timeline of our history
EUROATLAS has been at the forefront of defence electronics and power conversion technology for decades. Headquartered in Bremen, Germany, we serve a wide spectrum of military customers across Europe and beyond.
Our legacy began with high-reliability power supply systems and has since expanded into integrated technologies supporting mission-critical operations across naval, aerospace, and land-based platforms. Today, EUROATLAS is not just a component supplier, we are building the foundation for future mission autonomy and resilient defence systems.
Our key areas of expertise:
- Power Conversion Systems: Custom-engineered to deliver high power density, energy efficiency, and fault tolerance under extreme conditions
- Optronics: Field-proven vision solutions for defence vehicles and targeting systems
- Next-Gen Autonomy: with GREYSHARK™, our autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), we are entering the frontier of unmanned naval systems with a scalable, sovereign European alternative to foreign defence primes.
In 2021, EUROATLAS was acquired by Mimir Group, a global investment firm focused on operational transformation and long-term value creation. This strategic shift has enabled a new phase of innovation and commercialization, positioning EUROATLAS to scale its offering and pursue new opportunities across European and allied defense markets.
